For companies signalling no material involvement in armed conflict
PeaceMark is a proposed certification for organisations seeking to demonstrate that their operations are not materially involved in armed conflict.
It is designed as a clear company-led signal, distinct from ESG or investor screening frameworks.
It is a voluntary, transparent, and evolving initiative currently in pilot development.
Why PeaceMark exists
Existing frameworks often assess companies from the outside. PeaceMark focuses on companies making a clear statement about their own conduct.
PeaceMark's goal is not to resolve complex ethical questions. It exists to explore whether a clear, voluntary signal can help communicate deliberate distance from those systems.
Evolving
The framework will develop over time via expert input and real-world application.

Core Principles

How the pilot works
The current pilot phase is exploratory and limited in scale, and is expected to evolve as the initiative develops. PeaceMark is currently seeking:
Pilot Participants
Organisations interested in helping shape and test the initial framework.
There is no cost to taking part in the pilot. Organisations who join will receive recognition as a founding participant and visibility in PeaceMark's launch communications.
Advisors
Individuals with expertise particularly in areas such as governance, business operations, ethics, economics, international relations, supply chains and corporate governance are welcome to make contact.
If the initiative shows signs of maturing, PeaceMark will seek to formerly onboard select advisory consultants.
